This error means the quota of the FirefoxTest API key given in https://oneanddone.mozilla.org/en-US/tasks/55/ is expired.

(In reply to Alice0775 White from comment #2) > I can reproduce with own bing apiKey and clientId. I just tried on my aurora build with my own key and translation worked both in the first and second tab. Either your key is out of quota too, or there's a missing step in the steps to reproduce.

(In reply to Florian Quèze [:florian] [:flo] from comment #3) > Either your key is out of quota too, No ido not think so. Because, I newly registered(2,000,000 Characters) for just testing this bug. > or there's a missing step in the steps to reproduce. Nothing special... 1. Configure enable Translation and set id and key 2. Visit https://www.mozilla.org/fr/mission/ to trigger the translation infobar and click "translate" 3. Open new tab 4. Repeat from step 2

I also tested on Mac OS X 10.9.5 using latest Aurora and Aurora from 2014-09-23 with a key and client that I used for some testdays: browser.translation.bing.apiKeyOverride: yp9tpARi/S1I+HxSu76WgYD5rf9McPKlr5n/yLUlOOQ= browser.translation.bing.clientIdOverride: FirefoxDesktopTest Can you please try using those?

Resolving as WORKSFORME per comment 6. Note: We've already observed in the past that expired keys don't fail all the time, making testing with them confusing.
