Description:
When in x-heavy conditions pausing a mp4 video and scrolling back to 0:00 and the forward to a different time and hitting play will result video starting playing again at 0:00
Set up: Run X-heavy script
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20140922063004
2) Open a video mp4 format in the video player
3) Start the video> pause video > scroll back to 0:00
4) Scroll forward and press play
Actual:
Video restarts to the start of the video
Expected:
Video plays from where scrubber is placed
