Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140922000332
2) Open the Browser
3) Tap on the icon in the top right-hand corner


Actual:
The recent browser window does not show up

Expected:
Recent browser window show up
