Build ID: 20140830210550
Steps to reproduce:
Creating an event or task and choose only one category.
Actual results:
Since implementation of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316927 I have to use a list of check boxes because the user can now choose more than one category. This cannot be done simply with keyboard, one needs to use the mouse.
Expected results:
Before implementation of https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=316927 one could simply use keyboard to quickly choose a category. Because there are users who would like to use more than one category, the current implementation is good. For those who only want to use one category quickly via keyboard, the previous implementation is good.
Please offer in Preferences / Calendar / Categories a setting in the form of a check box called "Allow choosing multiple categories" which is checked by default. This allow for the current implementation. When deselected, the older or previous implementation is offered when creating events of tasks and one can only choose one category.
Not only will increase the working speed of poeple who only work with one category, it will also prevent people who should use only one category in their organization to inadvertently use more than one category.
