10717 - [PP][Mac]Have to click twice to get checkbox to uncheck the first time

Go to the bugzilla query page because there are checkboxes there. Click one of
the checkboxes that is checked. Nothing should happen. You'll have to click it
again to make it work. If you click one that is unchecked, it will check and then
the next attempt to uncheck it will not register.

Once you go through this process (and you can do it once per checkbox), the
checkbox is fine from there on out.

Pierre, I thought I remember you saying you had fixed a bug on the Mac related
to missing mouse events. Does your event fix solve this problem?

gfx-checkboxes work correctly on WIN32, so I am marking this as [PP][Mac]
Pierre I'm Re-assigning to you. If your event fix doesn't solve the problem you
can re-assign to dcone.
