Details
visit the url above and bookmark it to your personal toolbar. hover the mouse
over the new bookmark, the tooltip that pops up to tell you the url is located
at 0x0. Another url that does the same is
http://cdnow.com/cgi-bin/mserver/SID=896750143/pagename=/RP/CDN/FIND/album.html/artistid=O%27BRIEN*KELLY+&+SPROULE/itemid=821867
(I just searched for something with "O'" in it, picked one at random this time.)

This happens for tooltips that are too wide. Duplicate of "tooltips appear at
absolute coordinates 0,0"
