If you open the developer tools pane in a tab inside a fullscreen window on Mac and then drag/drop its splitter to the top of the page, making the pane as tall as possible, then you lose the ability to hover over the splitter and grab it. It's like the splitter is no longer there: mousing vertically across the top of the tools never changes the cursor to the "splitter" style, and click/dragging in the area never grabs it. The workaround is to temporarily exit fullscreen mode, whereupon the splitter again becomes available.

I can't reproduce this anymore. I think it's been fixed long time ago.
