Description:
If the user is holding a key on the keyboard and uses another finger / hand to tap on the screen, the keyboard will simulate a keypress on the held character
  
Repro Steps:
1) Update a  device to BuildID: 20140923073003
2) Open Message app
3) Start a new message
4) Select in the message field to bring up the keyboard
4) Hold a character that does not have accents or multiple forms I.e "g" on the keyboard
5) Select anywhere else on the screen
6) Observe held character simulates being pressed
 
Actual:
Keyboard simulates keypress
 
Expected:
Nothing happens, or keyboard is deselected
