Description: Smart Collections do not populate after changing the date to a previous one after a fresh flash.

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20140923003005
2: In the FTE connect to network via Wifi.
3: Open Settings > Date & Time > and set the date to a previous day, month, and year
4: Open "Games" Smart Collection

Actual:
The games do not populate. "Connect to the internet to get apps for Games" message is displayed.

Expected:
Online games populate

1: This issue only occurs once after a fresh flash. After changing the date back to the current one, launching a smart collection, then repeating steps 3-4, the issue does NOT repro.

This seems like it might be an SSL issue happening within the E.me apps. Marcia can you weigh in on this?

I have seen bugs before such as this - when the date changes then there can be issues. I consider this bug a fairly minor issue.

on computers if the time is set incorrectly it does not connect to the internet correctly... same with android... I dont this this is so much the device but the internet connections protocol.

Mass update: Resolve/Wontfix all existing collections bugs as this feature is now removed.

Please re-open or file a new bug if you feel that this bug still exists in master.
