Japanese users' access to /about/legal are redirected to mozilla.jp. It disables us to refer legal documents, trademark abuse reporting page, etc. This redirection should be stopped to fix this issue. Expected result: We can see the documents under /ja/about/legal Actual result: Our requests are redirected to mozilla.jp
