From Bugzilla Helper: User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X; en-US; rv:0.9.5+) Gecko/20011026 BuildID: 2001102605 Mac PB G3/400 (Firewire) 1 gig ram. OSX.1 w/security update. I have I have not been able to download from VersionTracker since updating to 2001102605. The dialog box to open/unstuff or save to disk will pop-up but, after selecting save the next pop-up (requesting directory and file name) does not appear. Files download via IE 5.02. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.go to VersionTracker 2.find a file to download 3.begin download 4.select save to disk 5.write a bug report Actual Results: there will not be a download, complete inactivity Expected Results: pop-up dialog box should return asking for save directory and file name Downloading is the weak spot for Moz. The lack of a download history and resumable downloads keep me reaching for IE.

attempted to download from several sites (i.e. "http://www.omnigroup.com/ftp/pub/software/MacOSX/10.0/OmniWeb-4.0.5.dmg.gz"). First pop-up window (auto expand/save to) responds as expected but pop-up requesting file name and destination does not occur. Download does not begin. Mac Powerbook G3/400 "Pismo" w/1g RAM running OS X.1 and Mozilla build 2001103005, all Apple updates to OS have been applied. Freshly formated and reloaded from install disks (Nov 10, 2001).

This works for me on Moz 0.9.6 (2001112020) MacOS X 10.0.4. Looking at 107173 it probably was a dup of that bug. I've checked the URLs suggested by both bugs and they both work fine. Resolving as WFM.
