...and remove use of *JunkScope().
That would, I think, make the setup a bit more understandable.
I'd like to be clear on the exact use-case for this, and what our long-term plan is.

One issue I've heard is passing WebIDL dictionaries to XPIDL. Does this happen a lot? Do we want to add support for it in XPIDL?

Are there other cases?
