Change default quoted color to be dark-blue, for new profiles.

This gives us parity with other popular mailnews readers such as Outlook and
Eudora on mac. And it looks really nice too!

You probably want to post to the newsgroup and get a consensus about changing 
something like this first.

In the newsgroup, 3 people said "No" and one person said "Yes", so wontfixing
based on feedback.

It was a worth a try at least. ;)
