STR:
- enable the "Double click a window's title bar to minimize" setting in the Dock settings in System Preferences
- double click on a tab or, if enough tabs exist, on either the left or right arrow in the tab bar

Expected result:
The button's functionality should be performed (i.e., for the left/right arrows, the tabs should be scrolled one page to the left/right).

Actual result:
The window is minimized to the dock.

This is a regression from bug 944836, apparently.
