1. Visit Google
2. Open at least one line in a new tab.
3. Go to a bugzilla mail and click on the referenced bug URL
4. Mozilla seems to go through the motions (network and status bar activity) but
the page dosen't appear either in a new tab in the existing browser window or
replacing the existing tabs.
