Details
Channel in question: #bangladesh
Problem:
0. Adding ops/hops with /mode command not working
1. Adding permanent ops/hops with chanserv AOP/HOP command not working
2. Channel settings look okay, and it recognizes the founder (+q) properly
There's no such problem in the other MozNet channels that I've tried.
If the problem is fixed (not sure what stupid reason it may be), please add `tuxboy` as a permanent OP of the channel.

add me 'maktrix' as a permanent OP too; we have one of the biggest community and became active after the Firefox OS launch. So we need channel multiple channel operators.
FYI, I created this #Bangladesh channel on MozNet; would appreciate if Deb reckons that.

Can you provide a transcript showing the commands your trying and exactly what happens?

Once 1 OP can be added with IRC commands, then him/her adding multiple OP is trivial. Here, the challenge is getting the 1st non-founder OP added, what we're trying to fix.

/mode +o tuxboy # Nothing happens
/msg ChanServ AOP #bangladesh ADD tuxboy # ACKs updating AOP list, but doesn't take effect
Apparently got fixed, as `tuxboy` reported in PM; no idea how/why/what caused/fixed it.
Still, probably is worth taking a look.

I've tried to reproduce this problem and I am unable to, and if I am reading your reply correctly, your issue no longer exists, so I'm going to resolve this bug. If you are still having a problem, please re-open it and include details. Thanks!
