Description:
After the user change the language from the settings menu, the language button on the main screen menu does not work.
 
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140924063013.
2) Download Wikipedia from the Marketplace app.
3) Open Wikipedia app.
4) Select the gear icon on the menu at the bottom of the main screen.
5) Select 'Language' and select a language other than English.
6) Select 'OK'.
7) When the new article is loaded in the new language, select the language button on the menu at the bottom ('Aあ')

Actual:
The icon blinks, but "Read page in..." screen does not appear.

Expected: 
"Read page in..." screen appears properly.

This issue might be caused by internet connection issue. I am unable to reproduce this issue at %100 anymore.

When investigating this a little more I have found that this bug occurs based on the language you use. When in "Basa Sunda" the bug occurs, however, when in "Bikol Central" the bug does not occur.

Not nominating this to block, as the page will translate based on the language chosen, and the bug only occurs on certain languages.

I was unable to reproduce this issue while testing for bug on reference device. Closing this bug - Works for Me.
