Details

The "Delete the message" action in filters should delete the message immediately
upon arrival, not move it to the trash.

If I'd want it to move the message to the trash, I'd use the "Move the message
to folder:  Trash" action.
I would expect it to do exactly what Delete would do.  If delete message moves
to trash, then I'd expect the filter action Delete moves to trash. 
Good point.  Do "delete" filters obey that pref?  If not, we can morph this bug,
otherwise this is worksforme I guess.
