I can't drag the scrubber on http://www.w3.org/2010/05/video/mediaevents.html anymore. Are we not telling Gecko to wait for the touch handler anymore or something?
We should check for a regression range.
OS: Mac OS X → Android
Hardware: x86 → ARM
Scrubbing WFM, is the bug that we too easily scroll the page by accident while scrubbing (when zoomed in)? If so, I see that.

Also used http://people.mozilla.org/~atrain/mobile/tests/big-buck-high.mp4 and was able to scrub fine there
Yeah. The page should not scroll while scrubbing.

Wes and I tested this as far back as release, and the controls are still pretty terrible. This doesn't seem like a recent regression.

Aaron, you marked this as a regression. Can you give a regression range?
