Unlike persona, these are seperate end points in Firefox Accounts, the mock calls for them to be separated out. I can't actually find those mocks now, but let's do that where we can.

The modal sign in button isn't working on devhub. It should get updated too though. See bug 1080294. https://github.com/mozilla/fireplace/pull/709

The mocks were just for the frontend. I'm not sure if we want the Register button on the devhub as well but it would make sense.

I filed bug 1095626 and bug 1095659. This is done for the consumer pages.
