Description:
FMRadio will play through speaker even though speaker isn't enabled, when user has bluetooth headset connected to device 
   
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140924063013
2) Pair and connect a blue tooth headset and a regular headset to device
3) Open FMRadio and enable the speaker
4) Turn the speaker off and then hold down the speaker button
5) Slide off of the speaker button and let go
6) Observe the speaker playing and the status of the speaker 
  
Actual:
The radio is playing through the speaker when the app shows the speaker is off
  
Expected: 
The radio stops playing through the speaker after disabling the speaker

This issue also occurs on Flame 2.0 and Flame 2.2
