Details

The supported way to run unit tests from a local build is the mach targets. We should remove the Makefile targets from testsuite-targets.mk to avoid confusion (and stop people from making changes there when they're making test harness changes).

We can temporarily leave any targets that don't have mach equivalents, but we should file bugs on getting mach commands for those so we can remove them.
