This is likely a dupe of bug 1063046 but filing anyway because it's kinda severe and we should make sure it gets fixed on Aurora (the only channel I'm seeing it happen on).

STR:
On a Nexus 4 with the latest Aurora Fennec build, go to the attached URL. Zoom in and out. Expected: no artificats, actual: hella artifacts and garbage.
