This work represents the initial port of gaia-try-taskcluster including chunking and tests for:

  - gaia-ui-tests (chunks)
  - gaia-integration (chunks)
  - linter
  - build tests
  - unit tests (chunks)

LOTS of remaning polish but the core functionality is here ... this is mostly just addressing feedback from jhford and fixing various issues I found and making a few things easier (+ adding chunks for the unit tests!)

I'm not yet familiar with Docker or Taskcluster, but the patch looks sane to me. I'd love a demo/screencast of this, or some guidance on running it myself.
