I don't understand what this bug is for. Aki, can you explain the context, use real domains and explain what you mean by "get access"?

Sorry this was one of a slew of bugs opened during a brainstorming meeting and my wording probably wasn't ideal. This was a bug to investigate what it would take to transfer donate.moz from a redirect to a proper website that hosted donate forms of /some/ variety. (either equiv to bsd or paypal only) At this point, it's a meta bug to track the progress of bug #1081264 and follow up after that bug is closed.
