Aiming to have this live today (Nov. 24)

For this launch 

1) Totalizer: 
we are going to use the 'manual update' solution for the interim(see Bug 1103437). Once we are able to clear our PayPal API credential question with PayPal support we then will switch over and will be pulling data from our cache server (Bug 1104223, not a blocker for this launch).

2) graphs:

Andrea, I took down the graphs from staging as what you suggested on IRC earlier.  Could you file a bug and cc :gvn and myself so we know what we can do to polish the graphs?

Also, let me know if the current staging site is ready to be pushed to production.  I won't do that until you say so :)
