Please deploy changeset 08ce8981ec8d version of this hook to mozilla-central, mozilla-inbound, b2g-inbound, fx-team, aurora, beta, release and the b2g repos. Thanks!
This enables Hsin-Yi to review changes to RIL .webidl files. Hsin-Yi, you still need to get an explicit review from a DOM peer if you make changes to RIL .webidl files yourself.
