Description:
When the user rotates a video from portrait to landscape on instagram, there will be lagging issue

Setup Steps:
1) Flame device is set to 319mb

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame device to BuildID: 20140925000204
2) Go to 'therock instagram' on rocketbar
3) Tap the first link
4) Tap a video > play the video
5) Rotate the phone from portrait to landscape


Actual:
lagging issue

Expected:
No lagging issue

Not nominating this to block, there is only lag while the orientation of the phone is being switched between landscape and portrait. No lag is seen once the phone is oriented.
