Some more code cleanup following the guillotine is needed: - remove the use for the ADDON_WEBAPPS constant - remove the "uses_flash" column on files - remove the "app_slug" column on addon - remove the "is_webapp" column on file_uploads
Also remove the code added to "remove the webapps in the database" from bug 1020465
