Steps to reproduce:

Repro frequency: 100%
1. Open the Gallery app.
2. Select recently recorded 3GP video.
3. Tap the play button.
4. Tap the full screen mode button in the down right side of the preview screen.
5. <ISSUE> The video control bar disappears when Gallery app is at full screen mode.

Expected results:

In full screen mode control bar should appear.

It can be reproduced in the latest build of Flatfish. But, it seems that its working as expected in Video app.
