if you delete cookie in cookie manager, it disapears from list, [OK] button
stops working, only [Cancel] works and next time when you run cookie manager,
deleted cookie is still there.
This is a dup of bug 106914.  Yes, I know, that other bug talks about image 
manager, but they share the same dialog and the patch in that bug report will 
correct this as well.
