Description: Satellite view doesn't show trees, mountains, or bodies of water after switching from bicycle view. 

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20140926000202
2: Open Marketplace and install zMaps
3: Click on the icon on the bottom right corner.
4: Select bicycle view
5: Repeat step 3 and select satellite view.

Actual:
Satellite view displays without satellite images. 

Expected:
Satellite view displays satellite images.

This issue DOES repro on Flame 2.2 and Flame 2.0

Yes- This issue DOES repro on Flame 2.1(512mb/Full flash)
