Details

User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0 SeaMonkey/2.29.1
Build ID: 20140923221838

Steps to reproduce:

First of all: Sorry if this is a dub, but even in "advanced search" I could not find a bug that fits after half an hour of searching around.

This bug first appeared in one of the recent Updates, maybe 1 or 2 before version 2.29.1 (20140923221838) on Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64; rv:32.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/32.0 SeaMonkey/2.29.1).

When modern theme is chosen, this applies for any scroll bar shown within SeaMonkey browser and mailer.
1) Open a window and load a site that makes any scrollbar appear
2) Scroll (either with any scroll-related mouse action, or with any scroll-related buttons on keyboard)

Actual results:

Result:
Scroll bar handles concerned by above scroll action will disappear, "empty" bars are left over.
On vertical scrolling in main window, horizontal scrollbar handle will also disappear.
To make the scrollbar handles of the main window re-appear, the window has to be downsized to an amount that causes change in line break or similar visual changes.

Expected results:

Obviously the handles should stay visible, as in the classic theme.
DUP of Bug 1066934 - FF32: Skinned scrollbars thumb disappear upon scrolling a page at specific zoom percentage (different between FF themes)
