Steps to reproduce
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1. Launch Dialer
2. Quickly switch to Contacts tab
3. Quickly Switch to Dialer
4. Repeat 2~3
   --> You will be able to see that sometimes Contact tab is highlighted but the page still shows dialer.

This could be reproduced in V1.4/V2.0/V2.1/V2.2.

BTW, since it can recover from another click, the user impact is actually very low.

Comment 2 should be: this issue was reproduced when we cannot listen the 'click' event in the gaia side.


But from my test result, it can be recovered by any click and the functionality works well. So I think it's a minor bug.
