This is a follow up of bug 1074041.
There are many system app modules that are not necessary for stingray. For example, telephony related modules like sim_lock.js, dialer_agent.js, icc.js ..., or card view related modules ...etc.

We are planning to remove these unnecessary modules from system app in stingray.
