Details

This bug is used to track the side effect of the solution to
bug 1058282. Solution for bug 1058282 explicitly disables ipv6 DNS
lookup to get around any ip probing in bionic implementation [1]
However, for those MMSC/MMS Proxy which has ipv6-only domain name
, the DNS resolution would fail.
