Anthony can you add the emails of all the people who will receive submissions. The way this works is called a distribution list. So emails TOSEditors@mozilla.com will be sent to you and whomever else we add to the distribution list.

Hi Ben - will his be a web form similar to the one on our privacy hub (see here for screenshot: http://screencast.com/t/dicJlFqGUBsj and here for production version (scroll to bottom of page): https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/privacy/ FYI - there is a huge spam problem with this type of open text intake. The Marketplace team is experimenting with some other options. Also, can you send a copy of the footer and auto-response (if any) that will go out from the TOSEditors@mozilla.com email. Thanks! Mika

I think we will have to write the auto-response specifically for The Open Standard. Let me look at a few samples for news sites. ADC
Note there is no auto response, this is a distribution list.. so that email just shoots off emails to Anthony and his editors. We can display a message after the form submits on the website. The form will be similar to those, we can use akismet or other techniques if we wind up having a spam problem. I recall one interesting one used on bedrock to prevent automatic submissions.
