Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140929000203.
2) Set the device language as Bosnian.
3) Navigate to Settings > Device Information.
4) Tap Legal Information.


Actual:
The 'Open Source Notices' string is truncated in Bosnian.

Expected:
The 'Open Source Notices' string is NOT truncated in Bosnian.

This issue does not reproduce on the Flame 2.0 KitKat Base (319mb)(Full Flash) because the language was not available.
