Both browser app for v2.0 and system browser have implementations of Places database to manage history, bookmarks and icons. Need to decide which approach to use in the TV browser.

Since the apps/system/js/places.js isn't ready to be used as a stand alone module at the mean time, will use and revise the BrowserDB in the old browser app for now. Leave the places data store substitution job later.
