Details

Over the weekend I tried to install "Here Maps" using a slow 3G connection. The app partially installed but ended in a failure. The "Here Maps" icon showed the "download" icon, and allowed me to attempt to re-install, but each attempt ended in failure. I went to the app store to attempt a re-install (without first uninstalling the partially downloaded app). The app store showed an "open" button instead of an "install" button.
