Win98SE 2001102903

Go to URL listed and all you get is a gray page with a CALCULATE button and a
small entry box.
Forgot to mention that the page works in Communicator but not in IE, weird to
say the least.
The page is a Netscape redirect, IE goes to http://dbcalc.usps.gov/ieframe.htm
the proper page is http://dbcalc.usps.gov/
the Netscape page crashes on me in 4.78 personally.
The ieframe page renders a tiny bit better in mozilla.

Don't know if this should qualify as a seperate bug or not: More probs with the
usps.com website (or more accurately a third party they use for mapping)

Go to: http://www.mapsonus.com/db/USPS/
It lets you search for a post office near you. There should be a 'search' button
next to the ( ) On Map radio box

The page also doesnt render the images that provide captions for the search fields

Works in IE 6.
Not obvious to me what the problem is though the site generates a ton of errors
in the W3C validator

Regarding Comment 7: Works for me in Mozilla 1.1.

Mozilla/5.0 (X11; U; Linux i686; en-US; rv:1.1) Gecko/20021106

It should have been filed as a separate bug anyway.

I think this bug is the best bet to report my problem. I have consistently had
a problem with the USPS bill paying service site:
http://www.usps.com/ebpp/welcome.htm
When I try to login, the problem starts, which is, I'm unable to access my
account. In the past, using Netscape or Mozilla 1.0, I have corrected this
problem by making certain that settings are adjusted to allow me to be
redirected by a third party and making sure that cookies for the specific third
party are accepted. I think the third party is www.thevalidnetwork.com.

In more recent versions of Mozilla, I have not been able to resolve this
problem. I have to use Netscape or Internet Explorer in order to access my
account. I don't have the absolute most current build (build id: 2003050714),
but I think that the newest build probably hasn't addressed this, based on this
bug report. I cannot find anything in the preferences of my current version of
mozilla that allows me to modify settings for being redirected.

If there is info on this bug that I should have found, please direct me. If
anyone knows anything about it, I'd appreciate any info. I realize this may not
be a priority, but I'd certainly like to see it resolved.

If you want more info from me, just let me know, and I will try to help out.

Thanks!
Kristen
