MediaWiki 1.23.5 will be released tomorrow as an out-of-band security release. We should include it in this week's push agenda.

Before deploying to dev, I applied this update locally and realized it breaks our skin on Special:UserLogin and Special:Preferences. This is expected because the intention of the upgrade is to disallow usercss and userjs on these pages, and that's how we're implementing the visual overrides in Vector. 

I'm currently investigating other ways we can apply the custom css we need to make vector look sandstone-ish.
