Steps to reproducing: 0. Open `about:config`. Make sure `browser.tabs.remote.autostart` is `true` and `dom.ipc.processCount` is `2`. Restart. 1. Open the `test-open.htm` file in attachment. Click either the button or the link. A new blank tab will appear. And the current tab will either crash or navigate to a page says "This line should be in a new tab.". But the right behavior should be: the current tab keeps unchanged, and the page shows in the new tab.
