Improve the front page signed out view of One and Done to include several small images that give a visual display of how easy it is to contribute to Mozilla by finding and completing a task.

Moving to v3m1 as the creative team has not yet begun working on this.

Update the One and Done homepage to include the attached illustrations. It will only display for signed out users. Panel should display directly beneath the "Contribute to Mozilla QA" box.
