I can visit this website with Communicator 4.77 or IE 5.5, but their website
seems to maybe not even try to do the CSS.  Not sure, but they say I need to
upgrade my browser (even though most links are shown).

I am using build 107569.  Sorry I didn;t add these comments the first time, but
the bug was submitted accidentally before I could write this.  (I hit enter and
I guess the Submit button got highlighted.  I wish I could undo/redo an accident.)
