Expanding/fade transition being used for apps calling on another app is incorrect. Example: 1. Open email and compose new message 2. Select "+" to add email address. 3. Select recipient from contacts menu 4. After selecting recipient, screen expands and fades out which is incorrect. The animation should match closing app when you hit the home key on the device (screen shrinks and fades to close). Let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!

(In reply to Olof Wickström from comment #1) > Consistency is important for perceived quality. Please fix Understood and we should fix this as early as we can. But I want to get a view from our UX team on how severe this would be to block-ship the release on. Amy, if you could give your input /provide a video that'd help here. Also adding qawanted to see if they can reproduce this on 2.0 and confirm its a regression or not.

This is not a regression from 2.0.

2 things to keep in mind here: * any change will impact all inline activity scenarios * if we change the "out" transition we should also change the "in" transition to keep symetry

Hi, I've attached the pngs that were used in the loading animation. Please reference the current booting animation as a guide. We are really just swapping out the andriod graphics and replacing them with FFOS graphics, the animation sequence should be the same. Please let me know if you have anymore questions.

Olof, thanks for letting us know your concerns, I will let Joe comment further on triaging / blocking against 2.1.

[Tracking Requested - why for this release]: Given this is not a regression and the change is not simple keeping Etienne's feedback in mind, this should be improved upon in 2.2. Setting the tracking flag so teams can priortize it.
