When using turbo mode on windows, if you quit mozilla, then relaunch and use the
same profile, the internal token will still be logged in.

This is in 0.9.5, btw.

This will be fixed when patches for other bugs are checked in. It will be made
sure that on profile shutdown NSS is really shut down.

We should test this again, as soon as 101329 is resolved.

I meanwhile learned that there is some action required on last window close in
turbo mode.

However, I think this is a duplicate of bug 101263, which will care for this
problem.
