Description:
When device language is changed to Portuguese (Europe), the string "Incoming Caller ID" is truncated in "Dialer"


Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to 20141001000202
2) Tap on the "Dialer" icon to open the dialer app.
3) Tap on the "dial pad" icon 
4) Type in "*#30#" > tap "dial" icon 
5) Check all the strings on the "Incoming Caller ID" screen



Actual:
the string "Incoming Caller ID" is truncated 

Expected:
the string "Incoming Caller ID" is NOT be truncated

This issue is reproducible on Flame 2.2 KitKat Base (319mb)(Full Flash) and Flame 2.0 KitKat Base (319mb)(Full Flash)

Result: When device language is changed to Portuguese (Europe), the string "Incoming Caller ID" is truncated in "Dialer"

Updating tracking flags, portuguese - pt did not exist in 2.0, so 2.0 cannot be affected

I've made the necessary changes to correct the issue on http://mozilla.locamotion.org/pt/firefoxos/ (see attachment). When the changes are pushed to gaia-l10n the issue should be resolved.
