Description: When unlocking the phone, a transparent square is displayed around the camera icon

Repro Steps:
1: Update a Flame to 20140926000202
2: Open Settings > Lockscreen > and create a passcode lock
3: Press the power button twice to lock the phone and bring up the lockscreen
4: Enter the passcode created in step 2.

Actual: 
The icon briefly displays as a square before launching the homescreen

Expected:
The camera icon remains round.

This issue DOES repro on Flame 2.2(319mb/full flash) and on Flame 2.1(512mb/full flash)

Actual result: The icon briefly displays as a square before launching the homescreen.
