Please deploy the 0.13.0 release to the staging environment. This is the comparison of the code: https://github.com/mozilla-services/loop-server/compare/0.12.2...0.13.0 And the changelog had been updated accordingly. This should be a small release, no configuration changes are needed.
My bad, this is actually 0.12.3, not 0.13, I'm creating a new ticket for this: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1076905
